قوموں کے عروج و زوال کے ضامن دو بنیادی ادارے English Translation Is Available

کسی بھی قوم کی عروج اور زوال کا دارو

 مدار اُس کے ان بنیادی اداروں پر ہوتا ہے۔

ان دونوں اداروں پر منحصر ہے کے یہ اپنی قوم کے مسقبل کے بارے میں کیا فیصلہ کرتے ہیں۔ اِس لیے ایک استاد کو چاہیے کہ جب وہ طالبعلم کے سامنے آئے تو ایک بڑھئی کی طرح اپنے شاگرد کو سنوارنے کی کوشش کرے جس طرح بڑھئی کسی ٹیڑھی لکڑی ( Crooked wood )کو محنت اور لگن سے خوبصورت شکل دیتا ہے۔ کیونکہ وہ جانتا ہے کہ ٹیڑھی لکڑی میری محنت کے بغیر کبھی خوبصورت نہیں بن سکتی۔ تو اسی طرح ایک استاد کو بھی چاہیے کہ کوئی طالب علم چاہے کتنا ہی کند ذہن کیوں نہ ہو استاد کواس پر بڑھئی کی طرح محنت کرنی چاہیے۔استاد اگر طالبعلموں پر محنت کر کہ ان کو اچھے انسان بنائے گا تو ملک خود بخود ترقی کرے گا۔استاد کو چاہیے کہ وہ اپنے مقام اور مرتبےکے مطابق شاگردوں کے ساتھ پیش آئے۔ یہ کہنا کسی صورت غلط نہیں ہو گا کہ قوموں کی ترقی اساتذہ کے ہاتھوں میں ہوتی ہے۔ لیکن یاد رہے کہ جہاں استاد کی یہ زمہ داری ہے وہیں والدین کا کردار بھی نہایت اہم ہے۔ والدین کو چاہیے کہ بچوں کو بچپن سے ہی اساتذہ کے مقام کو آگاہ کریں۔اور ان کا حکم ماننے کا کہیں اور استاد کی سختی کو برداش کرنا سکھائیں لیکن استاد کو بھی چاہیے کہ شفقت سے کام لے۔

یاد رکھیے! یہ دونوں ادارے مل کر کسی بھی ملک کو ترقی کی معراج پر پہنچھا سکتے ہیں۔اور اگر یہ دو ادارے مایوسی اور کاہلی کا شکار ہو گئے تو ان کی وجہ سے پوری قوم زوال کا شکار ہو جائے گی۔

والدین اور اساتذہ کو کو چاہیے کہ بچوں کو یہ تربیت دیں کہ اپنی وہ صرف چند گزوں کے گھر کو اپنی ملکیت سمجھنے کی بجائے پورے ملک کو اپنا قیمتی اثاثہ سمجھیں۔اور ملک کی ہر چیز کی اپنی ذاتی ملکیت کی طرح حفاطت کریں۔اور بچوں کو صرف اپنے خونی رشتوں سے محبت سکھانے کی بجائے انھیں اپنے ہر ہم وطن سے محبت سکھائیں تا کہ قوم میں اتحاد پیدا ہو۔

یہ دونوں بنیادی اداروں کی ذمہ داری ہے کہ وہ خود کو مضبوط سے مضبوط تر  بنائیں۔

یاد رکھیں! اگر کوئی ملک یا قوم زوال کا شکار ہو تو یقیناً اس کی وجہ یہی ہو گی
 کہ اس قوم کے یہ دونوں بنیادی ادارے زوال کا شکار ہیں۔

یاد رکھیے ! اگر کسی ملک میں اساتذہ اسکولز ،کالجز میں صرف اور صرف معاشی مضبوطی حاصل کرنے کے لیے یہ پیشہ اختیار کریں گے اور وہ یہ سوچیں گے کہ ہم نے اپنا وقت گزار کر تنخواہ لینی ہے ، بچے پڑھیں گے تو اپنا مستقبل اچھا بنائیں گے اگر ان پڑھ تو ہمیں کیا پریشانی ؟ یاد رکھیے اگر اساتذہ اسٹوڈنٹس کے برے مستقبل کو اپنی پریشانی نہیں سمجھیں گے تو پوری قوم زوال کا شکار ہو کر رہ جائے گی۔

یاد رکھیے ! اگر ہم چاہتے ہیں کہ ہم بھی آزادی حاصل کریں اور ہمارا شمار بھی دنیا کی ترقی یافتہ قوموں میں ہو تو پھر ہمیں ان دونوں بنیادی اداروں پر خصوصی توجہ دینا ہو گی۔

Therefore, when a teacher comes in front of a student, he should try to decorate his student like a carpenter, just as a carpenter beautifies a crooked wood with hard work and dedication. Because he knows that crooked wood can never be beautiful without my hard work. In the same way, a teacher should work hard like a carpenter on a student no matter how dull his mind is. If a teacher works hard on the students to make them good people, then the country will develop automatically. The teacher should treat the students according to their position and status. It would not be wrong to say that the development of nations is in the hands of teachers. But remember that where the teacher has this responsibility, the role of the parents is also very important.

 Parents should make their children aware of the position of teachers from an early age and ask them to obey their orders and teach them to tolerate the harshness of the teacher but the teacher should also act with compassion.

Remember! Together, these two institutions can take any country to the heights of development. And if these two institutions become frustrated and lazy, then the whole nation will fall because of them.

Parents and teachers should train their children to consider the whole country as their precious asset instead of owning only a few yards of their house. They should protect everything in the country as their personal property. And children Instead of just teaching them to love their blood relations, teach them to love their compatriots so that unity is created in the nation.

It is the responsibility of both institutions to strengthen themselves.

If teachers in a country take up this profession in schools, colleges only to gain financial strength and they think that we have to spend our time to get paid, children will study, they will make their future better if they What's wrong with us? Remember, if teachers do not consider the bad future of students as their problem, then the whole nation will fall into decline.

Remember! If we want to be independent and to be among the developed nations of the world, then we have to pay special attention to these two basic institutions.

                                       اس   قوم   کی  پیشانی  پہ  لکھی  ہے  تباہی             

                     جس قوم کے مکتب کی فضا ٹھیک نہ ہو گی
